Job summary

VaynerMedia APAC in Sydney is seeking a Veditor to join our growing APAC team. You are an algorithm-fluent editor who turns great ideas into high-performance content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

You will edit and assemble raw footage, optimize for platform formats, mentor Creators when needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams under the guidance of the A/CD. The role is full-time and based in Australia, with a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional creative experience across platforms (social, streaming, AR, music, film).
• Proven experience as a video editor in advertising or digital media.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of social platform best practices and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Create content that connects with consumers and drives high attention metrics (views, likes, comments, shares).
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Mentor Creators and collaborate with cross-functional teams on rapid requests and tight timelines.
• Stay up to date with platform algorithms and emerging formats to keep content competitive.
