Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of integrated production or digital post-production experience in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end integrated post-production from brief to final delivery.
• Transform and remix creator assets for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Meta).
• Translate concepts into native social formats with platform-aware pacing and specs.
• Prepare and negotiate post-production budgets and partner costs.
• Guide editing, motion graphics, color grading, and multi-format versioning.
• Collaborate with Creative, Media, and Account leads to meet tight turnarounds.
• Perform strict quality control on all deliverables against brand specs.
