Contour is seeking passionate tutors to lead engaging group classes for 8–20 students across Victorian campuses. You will build confidence, master subjects, and help students excel in assessments while sharing your love of learning.

Tutors earn a per-class rate with room to grow, and there are paid training opportunities. Flexibility to fit around university timetables and a supportive learning ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of your subject at first-year university level or above.
• Ability to mentor students, guide study skills and exam strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group classes of 8–20 students.
• Assist Tutors by supporting lead tutor in class and with one-on-one consults.
• Support learning materials, prep teaching approaches, and provide feedback.
