Job summary

Contour Education is seeking passionate tutors in Melbourne to lead engaging group classes of 8–20 students, focusing on Maths and exam readiness. You’ll empower learners, share insights from your own journey, and help them excel in assessments across Narre Warren and CBD campuses.

As a tutor, you’ll build confidence, develop communication and leadership skills, and enjoy flexible scheduling that fits your uni timetable, while earning per-class pay and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of Maths at university level or higher.
• Achieving 99+ ATAR and 45+ raw study score is highly desirable.
• Commit to 12+ hours weekly across 6+ classes.
• Willingness to sign a non-compete agreement.
• Passion for helping students.

Responsibilities

• Teach content and application to groups of 8–20 students.
• Coach study skills and exam strategies.
• Mentor students by sharing experiences and building connections.
• Build relationships to inspire students to persevere.
