Job summary

LSH Auto Australia is seeking a motivated Vans Sales Consultant for our Brisbane team. You will drive new and used Mercedes-Benz Vans sales and develop strong relationships with retail, business and fleet customers.

Lead customers from enquiry to delivery, tailor vehicle solutions, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with finance and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience. The role is Monday to Friday, with no weekend work in a supportive, global organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Confidence in building long-term customer relationships.
• Proactive, professional and results-driven approach.
• Fleet or business sales experience is highly regarded.
• A current, valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed new and used Mercedes-Benz Vans sales targets.
• Build lasting relationships with retail, business and fleet customers.
• Generate new business opportunities and manage an active sales pipeline.
• Guide customers from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
• Provide tailored vehicle solutions to suit customer needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up leads promptly.
• Work closely with finance and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
