Mineral Resources Limited invites final-year students to join a 10-week Vacation Student Program, commencing 16 November 2026. Opportunities exist at our Perth head office and workshop facilities, plus on-site locations.

Perth roles run Monday to Friday, while site roles follow an 8 days on, 6 days off roster. The program offers a paid placement with hands-on, practical mining experience, ongoing mentorship, development sessions, and exposure to a safety-focused, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Final year of study in 2027.
• Academic transcript or evidence of study discipline.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Full Australian working rights for duration of program.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug/alcohol screening.
• National Police Clearance within past 12 months.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking motivated students who will be in their final year of study in 2027 and are available to join our Vacation Student Program over the summer break.

Opportunities are available for students currently completing degrees in:

• Mining Engineering


• Mechanical Engineering


• Environmental Science


• Geology


• Metallurgy


• Commerce / Law
