Job summary

Whitehaven Coal Limited invites motivated students to join the Vacation Student – Surveying program at Narrabri Mine near Gunnedah for the 2026/27 summer break. This 12-week paid program exposes you to site-based mining operations and mentorship from experienced surveyors and professionals.

You will assist with surveying activities, use surveying equipment and mine planning systems, and gain hands-on experience in a real underground operation while developing teamwork and safety practices.
