Bridgit, a leading Australian fintech lender, is seeking a Product Associate in Sydney to shape and deliver intuitive digital journeys for customers and brokers. You will collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to turn concepts into developer-ready features and improve end-to-end journeys across our digital experiences.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in product, delivery, business analyst, UX, digital, or similar role (or transferable experience).
• Strong interest in customer experience, UX, and building intuitive digital products.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity; quick to learn and adapt.

Responsabilidades

• Support solution design by creating process flows, wireframes, and user stories that turn high-level concepts into developer-ready features.
• Design and improve end-to-end customer and broker journeys across Bridgit’s digital experiences.
• Break down larger pieces of work into smaller components to enable iterative delivery.
• Coordinate with Product Managers to track ideas, feature requests, and roadmap items.
• Coordinate day-to-day cross-functional collaboration with developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Translate customer feedback and data into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform testing and QA activities to identify bugs and usability gaps; coordinate fixes.
