Job summary

Parliament of NSW is seeking an experienced UX Design Manager to lead the UX and service design for complex Parliament digital initiatives. The role shapes how Members, staff and the NSW community interact with digital services, from discovery to delivery and ongoing improvement.

You will drive accessible, practical solutions, champion human-centered design, and raise UX standards across the organisation as part of DPS.

Qualifications

Proven UX capability across research, design and usability testing for complex digital products and services.
Seamless, accessible design expertise, applying WCAG and design best practice.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, fostering collaboration in complex environments.
Strategic delivery skills, managing priorities and driving meaningful improvements.

Responsibilities

Leads UX and service design for complex initiatives, shaping digital experiences for Parliament of NSW.
Drives user-centred design from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
Champions human-centered design and strengthens UX standards across the organisation.
Collaborates with specialist teams to ensure customer insights inform decisions at every stage.
