Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking an experienced Utility & Facility Manager to own Facilities Management across NSW and ACT. You will liaise between site leadership, FM service providers, and operations to ensure safe, compliant and reliable site performance.

You will drive capital project delivery, overseeing budgets, permits-to-work, and contractor management while delivering continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing FM contracts, service providers, or contractor networks.
• Project delivery experience with capital projects in industrial/logistics contexts.
• Strong knowledge of building compliance (BCA/NCC) and Australian standards.
• Ability to manage budgets and identify cost improvements.

We're looking for an experiencedUtility & Facility Manager to take ownership of Facilities Management operations across our NSW & ACT portfolio, ensuring our sites remain safe, compliant, efficient, and fit for the future.

This is a unique opportunity to combine facilities leadership, capital project delivery, FM contract management, and operational stakeholder engagement within Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.

The Opportunity

As the Utility & Facility Manager, you'll be the key link between our business, site leadership teams, and Facilities Management Service Provider, ensuring outstanding service delivery across a diverse portfolio of operational sites.

You'll be responsible for driving facilities performance, managing critical infrastructure and compliance activities, overseeing contractor and permit-to-work processes, and delivering capital improvement projects that support business continuity and long-term growth.

This role offers significant exposure across our Supply Chain network and the opportunity to influence how our facilities operate today and evolve into the future.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead Facilities Management operations across NSW & ACT sites.
• Manage and optimise the performance of our Facilities Management Service Provider.
• Oversee both hard and soft services, including maintenance, statutory compliance, waste management, landscaping, cleaning and pest control.
• Ensure contractor activities are delivered safely and in full compliance with site requirements and permit-to-work systems.
• Identify, manage and mitigate facilities-related operational risks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, performance, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Manage facilities budgets, forecasts and expenditure, ensuring strong financial governance.
• Deliver a portfolio of capital works and infrastructure projects from concept through to completion.
• Partner with site and business leaders to provide insights, recommendations and strategic support.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in hearing from professionals who bring a blend of Facilities Management expertise, project delivery capability and strong stakeholder management skills.

You may come from facilities management, property, construction, engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, industrial, logistics or related environments.

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience managing Facilities Management contracts, service providers, or contractor networks.
• Proven project management experience, with experience in capital projects preferred, particularly within industrial, manufacturing, logistics, commercial, or operational environments.
• Strong understanding of contractor management, permit-to-work systems, and workplace safety requirements.
• Knowledge of building compliance, BCA/NCC requirements and relevant Australian standards.
• Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and identifying value improvement opportunities.
• The ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Property or a related discipline.
• A valid Australian driver's licence and car, and the ability to travel regularly throughout NSW & ACT as required.
