Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking an experienced Utility & Facility Manager to own Facilities Management across NSW and ACT. You will liaise between site leadership, FM service providers, and operations to ensure safe, compliant and reliable site performance.

You will drive capital project delivery, overseeing budgets, permits-to-work, and contractor management while delivering continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing FM contracts, service providers, or contractor networks.
• Project delivery experience with capital projects in industrial/logistics contexts.
• Strong knowledge of building compliance (BCA/NCC) and Australian standards.
• Ability to manage budgets and identify cost improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead FM operations across NSW & ACT sites.
• Oversee FM Service Provider performance and contracts.
• Manage hard and soft services, maintenance, compliance, waste, cleaning and pest control.
• Deliver capital works from concept to completion.
• Partner with site leaders to provide strategic support.
