Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is seeking an experienced Utility & Facility Manager to oversee facilities operations across NSW/ACT. You will link business leaders with the FM provider, drive performance, safety and compliance, and manage capital projects to ensure continuity and growth.

The role requires strong FM, project delivery and stakeholder engagement skills, with travel across NSW/ACT and a focus on efficiency and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Facilities Management contracts or networks.
• Proven project delivery experience, especially capital projects.
• Strong contractor management and permit-to-work knowledge.
• Knowledge of building compliance, NCC/BCA and Australian standards.
• Experience budgets, cost control and value improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facilities Management operations across NSW/ACT sites.
• Manage and optimise the performance of the FM Service Provider.
• Oversee hard and soft services, including maintenance, compliance, waste, cleaning, pest control.
• Ensure contractor activities are safe and compliant with permit-to-work systems.
• Identify and mitigate facilities-related operational risks.
• Drive continuous improvement for safety, performance, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Deliver capital works and infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
