Job summary

The Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking an experienced Utility & Facility Manager to own Facilities Management across NSW and ACT, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient sites. You will lead FM operations, manage the FM Service Provider, and deliver capital projects while engaging stakeholders across the supply chain.

The role requires a blend of facilities leadership, project delivery and risk management, with regular travel across NSW & ACT and a strong emphasis on safety and financial

Qualifications

• Experience managing FM contracts, service providers or contractor networks.
• Proven project management experience with capital projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contractor management, permit-to-work and safety requirements.
• Understanding of building compliance, NCC/BCA and Australian standards.
• Budgeting, cost control and value-improvement mindset.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead FM operations across NSW & ACT sites.
• Oversee performance of FM service provider, hard and soft services.
• Ensure safety and compliance with permit-to-work systems.
• Deliver capital works and infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
• Partner with site leaders to provide strategic support and insights.
