Taylors Development Strategists is seeking an experienced Utilities Lead to steer the technical direction of our utilities function within a multidisciplinary infrastructure team. You will influence standards and lead complex utilities projects across transport, water, and civil works while building capability across the group.

You will mentor staff, manage field programs, and foster strong client relationships to enable repeat engagements and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience within utilities or related infrastructure.
Strong technical knowledge of utilities processes and standards.
Ability to influence and develop others without direct authority.

Responsabilités

Provide functional and technical leadership across utilities, setting direction and standards.
Lead delivery and coordination of utilities outputs on major infrastructure projects.
Apply expertise in asset recording and underground service locating.
Oversee field crews and plan weekly field programs.
Mentor team members and grow technical capability.
Develop client relationships and identify repeat engagements.
Contribute to project productivity, financial targets and invoicing.
