Job summary

Turner & Townsend, a leading asset management consultancy, is seeking talented consultants to join the Sydney team. You will help clients enhance asset management performance across power, water, and utilities sectors, while delivering multi-disciplinary programs and driving value for major projects.

You will work with senior colleagues to facilitate workshops, draft insights, and deliver strategic recommendations, contributing to business development and relationship building with clients.

Qualifications

• Understanding of project management principles and delivering work to time, cost, and quality expectations.
• Ability to provide high-quality service to stakeholders with strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Background in engineering, business, economics, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to develop asset management capabilities across areas like investment planning and maturity.
• Contribute to project delivery by facilitating workshops, drafting reports, and preparing presentations with senior support.
• Support business development by building relationships and identifying growth opportunities with clients.
• Apply strong project management practices to multi-disciplinary programs delivered to clients.
• Develop and execute effective communication strategies tailored to client needs.
