Job summary

DT Infrastructure is seeking a seasoned Utilities leader to head the Utilities function across current and future projects in NSW. You will align strategy, design, and delivery, ensuring governance, risk management and commercial performance are optimised.

You will build strong relationships with utility authorities, clients, and contractors, drive safety and efficiency, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver complex infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with 10+ years utilities/infrastructure experience.
• Proven track record in business or project operations management.
• Experience leading major projects and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and accountability for the Utilities function across projects.
• Develop and implement utility management strategies aligned with objectives and delivery outcomes.
• Governance of utility approvals, service relocations, protection works, and third-party interfaces.
• Incorporate input into tender submissions, bids, and delivery methodologies to support growth.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, legislative requirements, and governance frameworks.
• Lead planning, coordination and execution of all utility activities across lifecycles.
• Manage utility-related forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and variations.
