Job summary

GHD is seeking an experienced Utilities Services Lead to drive utilities delivery for roads and transport infrastructure in NSW & ACT. You will lead design management, project delivery and client relationships, delivering outcomes that connect communities.

With a strong pipeline, you’ll mentor teams, provide technical leadership, and collaborate across multidisciplinary groups to enable growth and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in a Utilities delivery role or similar, delivering roads and transport utility projects.
• Experience in consulting, contractor, or client-side environments.
• Strong understanding of the transport project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Leading utilities delivery (power, water, stormwater, gas, telecommunications) for roads and transport infrastructure projects.
• Acting as a trusted advisor and key client interface, building strong relationships.
• Providing technical leadership across project teams and transport design activities.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions and support project planning.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and strengthen team capability.
