Job summary

Brian Hilton Motor Group, on NSW's Central Coast, seeks an experienced Used Vehicles Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team. Based on the Central Coast, you will drive both new and used vehicle sales, customer satisfaction, profitability and business growth, working closely with senior leadership.

You will manage a busy sales floor with a focus on coaching, performance metrics, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Proven success in automotive sales leadership or management.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Current driver's licence.
• Ability to work Saturdays as required.
• National Police Check (company provided)

About the Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious automotive sales leader to take the next step in their career. Based on the Central Coast, just one hour north of Sydney, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, driving new and used vehicle sales, customer satisfaction, profitability, and business growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in maintaining a high-performance culture and delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers.

• Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions
• 10-day fortnight roster
• Closed Sundays and 5:00pm finish times
