Ateco Group seeks an experienced Used Car Selling Sales Manager for our Five Dock dealership. You will lead the used car sales operations, shape performance culture, and drive commercial outcomes while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Reporting to the Group General Manager of Sales, you will steer sales performance and team development across the used car division, ensuring strong profitability and market share in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the used car sales teams to achieve volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to grow revenue and market share.
• Work closely with Finance & Insurance teams to maximise customer solutions and product penetration.
• Manage inventory, manage stock levels, pricing strategies, and inventory mix to ensure optimal turnover and profitability.
• Oversee accurate and compliant documentation of all sales transactions, including trade-ins and finance agreements.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to support business growth.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Used Car Selling Sales Manager to lead the used vehicle sales operations at our Five Dock dealership. This is a key role for a results-oriented automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving strong commercial outcomes.

Reporting directly to the Group General Manager of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping sales performance, team culture, and the overall success of our used car division.

Key Responsibilities
