Job summary

Norwest Private Hospital, part of Healthscope, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for perioperative urology and surgical nursing in Sydney's NW corridor. You\'ll provide patient-centered care, support recovery, and work within a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in surgical nursing.
• Demonstrated experience in urology nursing.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Sound understanding of ACQSHC National Standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care in line with best practice standards.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout treatment and recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, medical specialists, allied health professionals and nursing colleagues.
