Job summary

ForHealth Group is seeking Registered Nurses to join our Urgent Care Service in NSW. You will triage, assess and provide front-line nursing care, collaborating with Urgent Care Medical Practitioners to ensure timely treatment for patients.

Ideal candidates are experienced in triage and emergency settings, with a commitment to patient-centred care, documentation accuracy, and flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Join a growing national network focused on innovation and quality care.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong communication and patient-centred care.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in emergency, triage, ICU or related settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients in urgent care.
• Conduct thorough nursing triage and prioritise care.
• Identify emergencies and escalate when needed to safeguard patients.
• Perform hands-on procedures such as suturing and plastering where appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Document patient records accurately to ensure continuity of care.
• Support patient education and health goal setting.
• Champion safety and contribute to a positive work environment.
