Job summary

ForHealth Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Urgent Care Service in NSW. You will triage, deliver front line nursing care, and collaborate with the Urgent Care Medical Practitioner to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Minimum 3 years experience in ED/triage/ICU or related settings.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for urgent care patients and triage with accuracy and empathy.
• Perform thorough nursing triage and prioritize care.
• Identify emergencies or deterioration and escalate appropriately.
• Provide hands-on procedural care (e.g., suturing, plastering) as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
