Job summary

Grand Pacific Health in Nowra is seeking a Registered Nurse to work in the Urgent Care Clinic on a fixed-term basis until 30 June 2028. The role offers both part-time and full-time hours with a focus on triage, assessment and delivering high‑quality frontline care in collaboration with the Urgent Care Medical Practitioner.

The successful candidate will hold current AHPRA registration with at least 3 years of nursing experience, plus BLS/ALS/PALS as appropriate, and demonstrate strong

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration with 3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous triage experience in an emergency department, remote nursing or urgent care setting (1 year minimum).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and/ or Advanced Life Support (ALS) or Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certificate.
• Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage all patients presenting to the Urgent Care Clinic.
• Deliver front-line care in close collaboration with the Urgent Care Medical Practitioner.
