ForHealth Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Urgent Care Service. You will provide high-quality nursing support, triage patients, and deliver front-line care in collaboration with the Urgent Care Medical Practitioner.

We offer flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, a supportive team, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance your career within our expanding Urgent Care network across Australia.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an RN.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Minimum 3 years in ED, triage, ICU/CCU or rural settings.
• Experience in triage with ED preferred.
• Working with Children’s check and police checks as required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and delegate when appropriate.
• Patient-centered care approach.

• Be the first point of contact for patients in urgent care.
• Conduct thorough nursing triage.
• Act decisively in critical moments.
• Provide hands-on procedures such as suturing and plastering.
• Adapt in a dynamic urgent care setting.
