ForHealth Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Urgent Care Service across Australia. You will provide high-quality nursing support, triage patients promptly, and deliver front-line care in collaboration with the Urgent Care Medical Practitioner.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Registered Nurse.
• Must be available evenings and weekends.
• Meet the minimum experience level in any one of: 3 years in ED OR 3 years in triage OR 3 years in ICU/CCU/rural or remote nursing.
• Previous triage experience in an emergency department or remote nursing preferred.
• WWCC and National/International police checks where relevant.
• Basic Life Support Certificate required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients in urgent care.
• Conduct thorough and precise nursing triage.
• Act decisively in critical moments to safeguard patient health.
• Put clinical skills to work with suturing and plastering.
• Demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic setting.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Assist patients to reach health goals and provide education.
• Maintain meticulous documentation.
• Support safety initiatives and reporting of hazards.
