Job summary

The Camm Engineering Group – Albion Park Rail NSW is seeking an experienced urethane caster/factory hand to join our team. You’ll work with staff across tasks, manage your time, and contribute to production quality.

Key duties include casting and demoulding urethane parts, priming and finishing steel, setting up processes, and keeping the factory clean. Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a factory environment is essential.
• Must manage time, tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail with neat, professional presentation.
• Team player who can work unsupervised when needed.

Responsibilities

• Cast, demould and finish urethane parts.
• Prime and paint blasted steel surfaces.
• Set up and demould parts for production.
• Keep the factory clean and orderly.
• Assist staff with daily duties as required.
• Deliver and collect goods as needed.
• Record measurements for quality assurance.
