HR Partners is seeking reliable Precast Concrete Casters / Production Workers to join our busy team. We welcome applicants with precast experience or those eager to learn on the job with full training provided.

As a caster, you will clean and set up steel molds, place frames, pour concrete, smooth tops and remove finished pieces when dry, learning with safety as a priority. Good pay with overtime and steady hours in a safe, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable.

• Own transport or reliable way to get to work.

Responsibilities

• Clean and set up steel molds.
• Put steel frames inside the molds.
• Pour fresh concrete into the molds.
• Smooth out the concrete tops.
• Take the finished concrete out when dry.
• Use tools and machines (we teach you how).
