Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven ability to plan and manage open space maintenance projects.
• Experience with contract management including tender evaluation and administration.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coordinate urban infrastructure works (excluding roads).
• Oversee budgeting, resourcing and scheduling of projects.
• Prepare reports on civil works for stakeholders.
• Ensure WHS, quality standards and environment considerations are integrated.
