Blacktown City Council is offering a 12-month graduate placement for students in planning or a related field, with 6 months in Urban Planning and Economic Development and 6 months in Development Assessment, working alongside experienced planners on projects that shape growth.

You will research planning issues, assist with studies and monitoring, assess development applications, provide information to developers and the public, and learn planning legislation in day-to-day decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Currently studying a planning-related qualification.
• Enjoy research, problem-solving and working with others.
• Ability to communicate with developers, Council staff and the public.

• Support the preparation and monitoring of planning controls.
