Job summary

Ryman is seeking a dedicated RN in a leadership role at our Weary Dunlop Retirement Village, Wheelers Hill (VIC). You will lead a General Care Unit team, ensuring compassionate, high‑quality care and strong resident relationships. You’ll document thoroughly and support the Clinical Manager, while fostering a warm, connected team culture.

The role is full-time, Sunday to Thursday, 0800–1600, with ongoing education and career progression opportunities within the Ryman network.

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in-charge or nursing leadership role.
• Ability to lead, share knowledge and motivate your team.

Based at our beautiful Weary Dunlop Retirement Village in Wheelers Hill you will use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app - and all your nursing and people skills to:

• Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents in our General Care Unit
• Coordinate, motivate and develop your team
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Provide support to your Clinical Manager

We have a full-time role available working Sunday to Thursday 0800 - 1600.
