Job summary

Respect’s Lyndoch Living seeks an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership in a high-care memory support unit. You will oversee a dedicated team, ensuring safe, personalised care for residents across five residences, with 24/7 nursing support and a strong emphasis on continuity and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated experience in a nursing leadership or management role, preferably within high-care or memory support.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams, including performance development and staff engagement.
• Strong clinical knowledge and sound judgement with commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong clinical and operational leadership in the high-care unit, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

As Nurse Unit Manager you will:
