Job summary

Queensland Government seeks a highly skilled specialist in data networks and unified communications to design, analyse and manage complex system integrations within the Digital Partnership Team. You will lead a small technical team, advise on direction, and ensure robust enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities include design, deployment, documentation and reporting on network and UC performance, with ITIL-aligned change and incident management. Strong Cisco and VoIP expertise required.

  • Provide advanced technical expertise in data networks and unified communications to determine technical direction and support enterprise infrastructure.
  • Demonstrate ability to supervise a small technical team and ensure service levels.
  • Document and maintain data network and UC infrastructure within the Digital Partnership Team.
  • Contribute to change, problem, capacity, incident, risk and continuity planning using ITIL.

What you'll doProvide high level technical knowledge advice and skills in both the analysis of data network and unified communications systems as well as the design and management of complex system integrations.
