What you'll doAs the Senior Deployment Technician, you will play a key role in delivering technology deployment services across Queensland Health, providing high-quality customer support and technical assistance to ensure service levels are maintained. You will investigate and resolve incidents, support the local Deployment Coordinator in managing team activities, and contribute to the successful delivery of Workplace Services Refresh (WSR) program initiatives. This includes coordinating device deployment, installation, stock management, and asset management activities while ensuring compliance with established processes. You will also provide financial and administrative support related to ICT assets and equipment, and deliver on-site and remote technical assistance to Queensland Health facilities as required. Through effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving, you will help ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of ICT services and solutions.About youWe are searching for someone who has:Demonstrated technical expertise in the management, configuration, monitoring and implementation of ICT environments in one or more technical domains - See Appendix 1.Ability to deliver high quality ICT support to clients, with an emphasis on managing workloads, prioritising tasks and working unsupervised.Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve ICT related problems within defined Service Level Agreements.Interpersonal skills and personal qualities that facilitate the development of good working relationships, including mentoring of junior staff to enhance the provision of quality client service in a team environment.Developed oral and written communication skills that enable the creation and/or maintenance of system documentation, work instructions and technical reports for management.Why work with us?Work alongside passionate professionals in a supportive and inclusive environment that values people and prioritises employee success and wellbeing.
