Halcyon Knights is seeking an experienced Unified Communications Technician to support delivery, installation and maintenance of enterprise voice and critical communications systems. This hands-on role spans multiple platforms with exposure to complex customer environments across Australia.

You will install, configure and troubleshoot UC, telephony, SIP and related networking across customer sites, upgrades and integrations, and you may travel regionally and interstate to client sites as

• Experience installing, configuring or supporting enterprise communications systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across voice, telephony or unified communications environments.
• Understanding of SIP, VoIP and related networking technologies.
• Confidence working directly with customers and delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel regionally and interstate for project delivery.

Halcyon Knights is partnering with an established technology and communications solutions provider seeking an experienced Unified Communications Technician to support the delivery, installation and maintenance of enterprise voice and critical communications systems.
This is a hands‑on technical opportunity working across a range of communications platforms, with exposure to complex customer environments and projects across Australia.

The Role You'll work with a variety of unified communications and telephony technologies, supporting customer installations, upgrades, integrations and technical troubleshooting.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Installing, configuring and supporting enterprise telephony and unified communications platforms.
• Troubleshooting voice, SIP connectivity, call routing and system integration issues.
• Supporting paging, alarm notification and critical messaging solutions.
• Assisting with system upgrades, commissioning and ongoing technical support.
• Working directly with customers and project teams to deliver communications solutions.
• Travelling to regional and interstate client sites as required.
