• 5 years’ experience as an Underwriting Assistant, Operations Analyst, or similar role within commercial insurance.
• Strong understanding of underwriting processes across policy lifecycle (submission to binding).
• High attention to detail combined with strong organizational capability.
• Confidence to engage and challenge constructively with underwriters.
• Strong Excel and data handling capabilities.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner closely with underwriters to support new business and renewal underwriting activities.
• Prepare and manage submissions, ensuring completeness and data accuracy.
• Maintain and enhance underwriting logs and tracking tools to support pipeline visibility.
• Assist in reviewing pricing outputs and flagging inconsistencies.
• Prepare and issue policy documentation, endorsements, and invoices.
• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of risks within policy administration systems.
• Support renewal preparation, including reporting and client documentation.
• Contribute to building an efficient and scalable underwriting support framework for the Australia platform.
