Impact Talent is recruiting for an Underwriter or Senior Underwriter to join a growing team within the insurance sector in Melbourne. The role involves assessing commercial risks, underwriting in line with guidelines, and negotiating terms with brokers.

With 2–4+ years of underwriting experience, you’ll contribute to portfolio growth in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. Hybrid working arrangements and central location are offered.
