Club Marine, backed by Allianz, seeks an Underwriter in Coomera, QLD. The role focuses on underwriting for key partners, collaborating with underwriting and distribution teams to place customers at the heart of decisions.

Based in Coomera, the role operates on a hybrid schedule (four days in-office, one day from home) with typical Monday–Friday hours 8:30am–5:00pm. A customer-focused approach and willingness to learn are essential.

UNDERWRITER – CLUB MARINE – QUEENSLAND, COOMERA

Club Marine have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Underwriter where you will be responsible for providing underwriting service to our key partner stakeholders and working collaboratively with our broader underwriting and distribution teams to ensure our customers are put at the heart of our decision-making.

This role will suit a motivated individual who works well in a team environment with a strong customer service focus and a desire to learn.

About the role

Based in our Coomera, QLD office, this role operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, within our hybrid working model of four days in the office and one day working from home.

Work closely with a team to source and underwrite profitable new business opportunities.

Nurture and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders within Branch and other Club Marine divisions.

Execute effective new business strategies whilst leveraging renewals to further develop relationships with our key business partners.

Support balanced portfolio growth by aligning business decisions with organisational goals, focusing on sustainable profitability and long‑term value.

Manage day‑to‑day workflows to ensure the consistent delivery of high‑quality, reliable products and services.

About you
