Job summary

Club Marine, backed by Allianz, is recruiting a dedicated Outbound Specialist at our Coomera, QLD office. You will provide underwriting support to key partner stakeholders and collaborate with underwriting and distribution teams to keep customers at the heart of decisions.

This role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with a hybrid work arrangement. A customer-focused, service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Boating knowledge is advantageous.
• Customer-focused and service-oriented with enthusiasm and empathy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Well-organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

OUTBOUND SPECIALIST – CLUB MARINE - COOMERA, QLD

About the role

Club Marine have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Outbound Specialist where you will be responsible for providing underwriting service to our key partner stakeholders and working collaboratively with our broader underwriting and distribution teams to ensure our customers are put at the heart of our decision-making.

Based in our Coomera, QLD office, this role operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a hybrid working arrangement. This role will suit a motivated individual who works well in a team environment with a strong customer service focus and a desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a team to ensure positive customer outcomes are achieved through sales and service.
• Follow processes and apply customer sales & service techniques to achieve sales, service and quality targets.
• Managing inbound and outbound sales calls & correspondence, within set service level agreements.
• Support balanced portfolio growth by aligning business decisions with organisational goals, focusing on sustainable profitability and long-term value.
• Manage day-to-day workflows to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, reliable products and services.

About you

• Experience in the insurance industry, or having practical boating knowledge would be highly regarded.
• Customer-focused and service-oriented, bringing enthusiasm, empathy and a commitment to delivering positive, high-quality customer experiences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers.
• Well-organised, dependable and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality, compliance and achieving positive customer outcomes.
