Responsibilities

• Based in Melbourne, VIC office with hybrid model; minimum 2 days in the office, roster Monday to Friday between 8:00am–6:00pm.
• Provide underwriting service to direct customers and Member Service Specialists, collaborating with underwriting and distribution teams to place customers at the heart of decision‑making.
• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls and correspondence within set service level agreements.
• Support balanced portfolio growth by aligning decisions with organisational goals for sustainable profitability and long‑term value.
