Job summary

Spinifex Recruiting is seeking a dependable, disciplined candidate for an entry-level site role near Northparkes Mines. You will work in a highly regulated, structured environment, delivering tasks with focus during long shifts and contributing to the daily production plan.

Comfort with repetitive work, strong spatial awareness, and the ability to follow procedures is essential. You’ll be part of a team and work independently when required, while keeping safety as a priority.

Job description

• 7 days on / 7 days off roster
• 12-hour shifts
• Roster runs Wednesday to Tuesday
• Entry-level position
• Repetitive work requiring focus and consistency
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Highly structured environment with clear rules, procedures and expectations
• Expected to consistently deliver against the daily plan, including approximately 20 truck movements per shift

Location Requirement

Applicants must live within approximately 1 hour of Northparkes Mines and be able to reliably travel to site for their shifts.
