As Aurelia continues to grow through the Great Cobar Project and our expanding mining operations, we are investing in workforce capability, safety and leadership. Reporting to the Learning & Development Superintendent, you will help shape the next generation of underground miners by delivering engaging training, assessing competency and supporting people to build successful careers in mining.
Working closely with operational leaders and employees across site, you'll be a trusted coach and mentor, helping individuals gain the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to work safely and perform at their best. From facilitating underground inductions and accredited training programs to designing learning pathways and supporting compliance requirements, you'll have a genuine impact on both individual development and operational success.
