Job summary

Aurecon Group seeks a Civil / Structural Engineer for Underground Structures in NSW with 5-7 years' experience to join our Underground Structures team.

The role spans geotechnical and structural design of underground and civil structures, offering career progression and opportunities to work with leading clients. You will contribute to design documentation, adhere to standards, and collaborate across disciplines in a consultancy setting.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Around 5–7 years' experience in underground/civil structures.
• Experience in retaining structures, deep shafts, cut and cover tunnels.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards, TfNSW specs, and analysis software.
• Experience in consultancy teams with internal/external clients; transport sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and documentation of retaining structures, deep shafts, and cut-and-cover tunnels.
• Apply Australian Standards and TfNSW specifications.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on transport projects.
