Job summary

HMR is seeking an experienced Underground Shift Supervisor for NSW operations on a 7/7 roster. You will oversee underground shift activities, maintain records, and ensure safety and reliability of drilling and support crews.

Applicants must hold NSW or WA Shift Supervisor Practicing Certificate, be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, pass medical and drug screening, and have a current driver's license. FIFO from major cities with accommodation provided is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising underground shift operations.
• Strong safety leadership and incident avoidance.
• Ability to maintain shift reports and handovers with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Underground Shift Supervisors - must hold NSW Supervisory ticket
• Demonstrated experience in an Underground Shift Supervisors role.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Current NSW or WA Shift Supervisor Practicing Certificate.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• Ability to meet pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
• Police clearance (within 6 months)
• Manual Driver’s Licence
• First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
