Job summary

Northern Star Mining Services is seeking an experienced Underground Shift Supervisor to join our new Twin Peaks and Qena Operations. Based on site, you will lead underground mining teams, ensuring safety and achievement of production targets under the guidance of the Mine Foreman.

This permanent full-time role offers 7/7 rosters with 12-hour shifts and FIFO from Perth, plus access to modern camp facilities and opportunities to help shape the long-term success of a brand-new operation.

Qualifications

• WA Underground Shift Supervisors Certificate of competency is required.
• Knowledge of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations is required.
• Experience supervising underground mining teams and ensuring safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise underground mining teams and provide leadership and direction.
• Ensure production targets are achieved safely.
• Collaborate with the Mine Foreman and operations team to optimize performance.

Underground Shift Supervisor – New Operations!

Reporting to the Mine Foreman, you will be responsible for the supervision, leadership and direction of the underground mining teams, ensuring production targets are achieved safely.

Location: Twin Peaks & Qena Employment: Permanent Full Time – FIFO from Perth Roster: 7/7, 12 hr shifts
