Job summary

Macmahon seeks experienced Safety Trainers with an underground mining background to join our growing team. You will deliver high-quality HSEQT training, coach site leaders, and support incident investigations.

This role focuses on implementing the HSEQT management plan, ensuring training compliance, and driving corrective actions across operations. A Cert IV WHS or higher and ICAM training qualifications are expected, with strong communication and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Underground mining HSEQT experience is required.
• Relevant safety qualifications to lead investigations and training.
• Proven coaching, mentoring, and incident investigation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement HSEQT plan across operations and ensure training delivery.
• Provide coaching to site leadership and maintain training compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
