Pantoro Limited, an Australian gold producer, seeks an experienced Underground Manager to lead the safe and efficient delivery of our underground mining operations at the Norseman Gold Project. You will provide visible leadership across the underground workforce and ensure alignment with technical standards, contractor performance and business objectives.

• Senior underground mining leadership experience required.
• Strong understanding of safety, regulatory compliance and contractor management.
• Proven ability to translate technical plans into practical operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, visible leadership across underground mining operations.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, standards and site requirements.
• Deliver underground activities against production, development, cost and operational targets.
• Oversee underground mining contractors and drive accountability for safety and performance.
• Define and monitor KPIs, optimise mine performance with Technical Services.
• Ensure mine plans and schedules are practical and achievable.
• Maintain focus on ground control, ventilation, mine design and risk management.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and cost performance.
• Lead operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
