Hatch is seeking an Underground Mining Engineer to join our Mining team in Perth. You will contribute to underground studies, design, planning, and project delivery across a range of mining methods.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers and professionals to develop practical, value-driven solutions that enhance safety, productivity and sustainability throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver underground mining studies, assessments and project work across various commodities and methods.
• Assist with mine design, planning, scheduling and equipment selection.
• Provide technical input on underground operations and infrastructure.
• Support feasibility studies and cost-effective solution evaluations.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for study deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mining solutions.
