Job summary

Harmony Australasia is seeking a skilled Underground Loader Operator to transport ore and materials underground and support safe, efficient operations. The role offers a 7/7 days and nights roster and can be residential or DIDO in the Cobar region.

You will operate underground loaders, manage the trucking fleet, perform pre-start checks, and ensure compliance with tele-remote procedures while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Underground loader experience is essential.
• Tele-remote operation experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive in tight tunnels.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate underground loaders.
• Manage underground trucking fleet for full utilisation.
• Load and haul ore and waste safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks.
• Ensure compliance with tele-remote procedures and site safety rules.
• Support collaboration with underground crews and supervisors.
