Job summary

Macmahon is seeking an experienced Grader Operator for our underground mining project in Western Australia. You will operate CAT 12M graders to meet production targets and support haul road maintenance within a skilled crew.

The role requires demonstrated underground grading experience, a valid manual C-class licence, and a strong commitment to safety. FIFO from Perth or DIDO Kalgoorlie and even-time rosters are available, with comprehensive benefits on offer.

• Demonstrated experience operating underground graders in mining (Essential).
• Dozer expereince (Highly desired).
• Strong safety focus and ability to speak up.

Responsibilities

• Safe, efficient operation of CAT 12M graders or equivalent.
• Maintain and build haul roads and access roads in active mining areas.
• Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects immediately.
• Follow plans, instructions and traffic management rules.
• Contribute to a people-first culture and live our Winning Values.
• Help teammates, share knowledge and support a strong crew culture.
