Evolution Mining is seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join the Production team at Ernest Henry Operations. You will maintain underground roadways, declines and work areas to support safe, efficient mining and assist with ancillary tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates hold a current Manual Driver’s Licence, RII competency in Grader Operations, and experience operating Caterpillar 140M graders or similar. Underground grading experience and strong safety focus are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Current Manual Driver’s Licence.
• RII competency in Grader Operations.
• Experience operating Caterpillar 140M graders or similar.
• Experience maintaining haul roads, levelling road bases, and cutting drains.
• Previous underground grading experience within declines.
• Strong hazard awareness and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate graders to maintain underground roads, declines, drainage, and work areas
• Carry out dust suppression activities using water trucks as required
• Conduct pre-start inspections and basic equipment maintenance
• Identify and report equipment defects, hazards, and safety risks
• Support production activities through clean-up, loading, and hauling tasks
• Provide relief coverage across other operational roles where trained and competent.
